What the platform does, and what it does not.
What we do
- Every driver signs in with a verified mobile number.
- Identity and vehicle documents are checked by a person before a driver is marked verified.
- Boarding needs a PIN that only the passenger has.
- Neither side sees the other’s phone number until a seat is confirmed.
- Ratings, completion and cancellation rates are counted from records, not submitted.
- Every report and dispute is read by our team.
What we do not do
- We do not track the car live. Nothing on this site shows a vehicle’s position.
- We cannot call emergency services for you. In an emergency, call 112.
- We are not a taxi service. Drivers share the cost of a journey they were already making.
