1. What we store
Like most websites, Purvanchal Sathi stores small amounts of data on your device. Some of it is in cookies; some is in your browser's local storage, which works the same way for this purpose.
We use it for four things: keeping you signed in, remembering your choices, keeping the service secure, and understanding how the service is used.
2. Strictly necessary
These cannot be switched off, because the service does not work without them:
- **Session.** Your signed-in session, so you are not asked to sign in on every page. - **Security.** Protection against forged requests and automated abuse. - **Preferences that affect function.** Your chosen language, so pages are served in it.
We rely on these being strictly necessary for a service you asked for, which is why they do not require separate consent.
3. Analytics
We use aggregated analytics to see which pages are used, where people give up, and what is slow. This tells us how the platform is performing; it is not used to build a profile of you or to target advertising.
Where our analytics require your consent, we ask for it and you can decline without losing access to the service.
4. Third parties
Our payment gateway sets its own cookies when you pay, which are necessary for the payment to complete and to detect fraud. Those cookies are governed by the gateway's own policy, not this one. We do not control them and cannot switch them off on your behalf.
We do not permit advertising networks to place cookies through our platform.
5. How to control them
Every major browser lets you see, block and delete cookies and site data, usually under settings for privacy or site permissions.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent booking. That is a consequence of blocking them, not a fault in the service, and we cannot work around it.
6. Changes
If we add a category of cookie, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before setting it. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
